Canberra's Exclusive Group Fitness For Mums

Project Fit Mum is Canberra’s exclusive fitness group for Mums to get back into shape after having a baby! There are several locations to choose from with a flexible timetable to suit. Our aim is to help you get your pre-pregnancy body back and in the best shape of your life. No need to worry about what you will do with the kids because they can come along too, meaning you don’t need to pay for a creche or baby sitter!

We have a mix of indoor and outdoor locations and every class is different to keep it interesting. We make exercising as fun as possible and mix it up with cardio, boxing, strength training and HIIT circuits – all suitable for beginners to advanced. We also focus on strengthening up those areas left weak after giving birth.

Each class goes for approximately one hour as this is usually a good amount of time before the kids tend to get restless. During the classes children can be in the pram alongside you or in the safe designated play area where you can keep an eye on them. Our trainers will also be there to assist with the kids when needed, giving you the most out of your workout. You can commence classes from approx. 6-12 weeks postpartum or once you have been given the all clear from your GP to exercise again.

So if you are wanting to lose that extra baby weight, gain strength and fitness or just increase your energy – you can do it with Project Fit Mum! Meet other like-minded Mums, get out of the house more often and let the kids interact and play while you do something for YOURSELF. There are options to suit every Mum and your first class is FREE!
